My plan is not nearly as good as the current promotions. How do a change?

You can try to change by contacting customer support Some customers having been able to change their plan to plan reserved to new customers this way just ask nicely!

All the plans available to me are more expensive than my current one. However the basic 3G 1 GB $25 plan set fourth by the government is available, Mabey switching to that one might trigger the better plans available to "new customers" . Might be worth a try.

Unfortuantley, not all of the promotional plans are available to existing customers.  To see which are avaialble to you, please log into your Self Serve account on either the Public Mobile website or mobile app.  You'll want to remember to pre-schedule and change to occur at the time of next renewal as to not lose any time or funds that were paid for your current price plan.
