I would like to change my current plan to
CAN-US-MEX
5G 20GB FOR $29/MO
This is not currently on offer to me as an existing subscriber, but I would like to be considered for this changes since I have referred 3 or more people to change their subscription to Public, and I have also been offered a better deal with Freedom mobile than my current Public subscription. I need to make a decision in the next 24 hours and would prefer to stick with Public with this new subscription, could Public please consider this request. thanks a lot and I will for sure make additional referrals

I have the same issue and cannot see it through the app. Seems that only higher cost plans are visible to current subscribers. At one point last year it was not so and I was able to get better deals but not anymore ! Seems only new activations. Left the CS agent at PM that i will do as I have done before and switch providers when they will not give me the specific plan. I’ve done it to Telus, Fido and Virgin. Love it when they call back and ask why I switched. Simple, you did not want to give me what you were offering new subscribers… eventually they will get it because there is only so many subscribers in Canada !

@began We can now only change to plans that we see when logged in to our accounts and shown in "change subscription". BTW we are only customers here in this forum so much as we might like to change it for you there's nothing we can do.
