I am trying to transfer a landline to Public Mobile. I could not receive a confirmation identity text to a landline. I did receive an email for eversafe and wondering if this step would now be complete. Thank you for any insight anyone can provide.

@Arby2 it is normal that transfer from landline would take 3 to 7 business days. If you just requested porting, it will be another couple days before the line is ported. And Landline transfer does not require text approval as you know landline cannot receive text
And there is a number to call to talk to live support, they can provide status update. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
