I’m trying to get monthly statements from public mobile. I’ve submitted several tickets with no responses.

you don't need PM support to help with monthly statement

just login My Account yourself, click Payment history and there is download link for each month for the last 12 payments

if you need older than that, then you need PM support agent, we can't help with that.  Just message them again
