Subscription Plan change

I have a current PM subscription plan with 20GB data and would like to downsize since I don't use that much of the data. When I try to change the plan in my account I can't see any one available with below 20GB data, even though in my wife's account with current 1GB plan I can see much more plans available with less than 20Gb data. Why?

sorry, PM is using targeted marketing now and will allow show selected plans for each account.  If you don't see the plan you want, you cannot change to it.   Some might suggest you to check with support, but many confirmed that support won't help to change to plan not available to your account
