I have been with public mobile over 7 years and I was receiving loyalty rewards around 7$ including pre auth payment credit. currently my plan has been expired upon renewing I noticed it’s showing the regular price but no rewards. I’m not sure what happened. doesn’t public mobile offer anymore the rewards ? Can you help please
All plans have the standard features of call display, conference calling, call forwarding and voicemail so even though it might not be noted, they are definitely included
Thanks a lot . Just another question my current plan costs 25$ with 1gb cal features available but I can see another promotion for 25$ includes 10 gb but no calling features. Does it mean I will not have call display , fwd avail for this offer ?
Public rewards system is gone as of about a year ago. It was replaced with the new points system which gives you 5% back in points for you total pre tax bill (ie: $30 plan = 1.50 pts) and you also receive 1 pt for every referral per 30 days they stay with PM. You will earn 10 pts for each 12 months you stay, and lastly you can earn pts for being an active member of the community by replying and participating in the forums. 1 point= $1 and can be used to purchase items like add-ons and to be used toward bill credits.
