Can't call a Cell Phone Number

Why Can't I call this one cell phone number (902-818-2794) from my public mobile phone but this number can call me with no trouble.  I can also call this number from a Bell Cell Phone.

Increase in billing for with no change in subscription

My last monthly bill and the one before that have been $24. Before that my bill was $20. I have done nothing to change my subscription. This is a significant change, a 20% increase, in the cost and I was not notified of same. What is going on?

Resolved! change to talk and text only plan

I want to change my subscription from including data to just talk and text but when I select Change Subscription in my account no such option shows up.  If I am not logged in I can see that option but if I select it and then log in it goes away.
