Random $23.00 charge on my bank account. But nothing to back it up on public mobile. Anyone else had this issue?

Finally get someone to respond the my ticket and apparently I can’t respond back to them, they are closing my ticket.. wtf?

My plan is the $29 dollar one and it renews on the 10th of this month. I made a ticket already. It shows nothing of the charge on my account
