The Alberta time zone stay unchanged of daylight saving time, but the time of many devices and cell phone display one hour off. Some devices corrected the time after re-start but some don't. What happened with the time zone?
Monday
Great idea until you travel.

thanks @cancelnow for bringing this up
First, I will apologize on behalf for the unhelpful comment brought up. It is true the reply failed to see the importance of the issue and Community member definitely learned a lesson
As a customer, I wouldn't say "100% no need to bother customer service on this matter". Yes, we can suggest workarounds and let the system unfixed. But in this Community, we are trying to help each other, proper way is to contact PM support agent and have the problem can be fixed immediately.

This is definitely a device setting on your phone. I have 4 iPhones and 2 Samsung phones. 4 of the phones didn’t change times as I am in BC which doesn’t require a time change but the other 2 phones fall back 1 hour. These 2 phones was set on default “Setting Time Zone” on my iPhone and “Automatic date and time” on my Samsung. Disable these settings and adjust the time.

hi @HenryWoo again
time issue won't affect calls, but some apps might not function properly. Some apps will complain wrong time and won't work, your appointment could screw up
you can easily change the time yourself, but why set back to workarounds if PM can fix it for the long term?

Hello again @HenryWoo
Yes, we are all customers here. Because it's that time of year and because a few provinces have chosen not to change their clocks, there are tons of companies out there that are dealing with these issues as they weren't prepared for it. Microsoft for example. This is a common issue. YOU can just adjust your phone accordingly and not bother customer service. Since this isn't an urgent matter that affects your account, your phone calls, your texts and your data are fully functioning, this isn't something I would waste customer services time on. We as a community should be more focused on what really needs customer service and what doesn't. THIS, is not one of them.

hi @HenryWoo
i wouldn't say it is 100%, we are just customers here, best to ask PM support, submit a ticket and get it clearify
and to make you understand it might not be an issue of your own, we saw some other customers reporting the same issue in other websites as well
And if it is a system issue, have them to fix it rather than you spend time for workarounds

There is 100% no need to bother customer service on this matter. This is a phone issue. Just go into your phone settings and adjust them accordingly. Simple as that. I had to do it this morning. I'm not bothering customer service and wasting their time as I adjusted it myself.

hi @HenryWoo
it usually is a device issue. Did you check Automatic time zone on the phone?
this is the 2nd posts today about the time zone issue. We are customers, we are not sure if it is really a PM system issue. But submit a ticket with PM support agent and they will check.
You can submit a support ticket right at My Account and PM app using the Expert Messaging in one of these ways:
Support agent will reply within 2 to 4 hours. You will be notified via SMS/email or monitor here:
