How does the credit earned from reward works?!

Here is more information. You can login to your account and under the Rewards tab> Catalogue. It will show how many points you need to redeem for Add-ons or credit off your bill.

@Myself2 , your rewards can be redeemed for a variety of things like international mins add-ons, extra data, or IMO, the most popular $15 bill credit. Your personal rewards will update every 30 days (on your bill cycle date) but you can purchase anything from the rewards catalogue at any time, providing you have the points value to do it. Once 15 points have been earned, these points can be redeemed for account balance credit.  This is done through your self serve account.
