Hello,
I need help reissuing a number transfer request to Telus. When I initially switched providers, Telus sent me a message to authorize the number transfer but I could never deliver my confirmation due to poor cell service.
I called Telus as I believe it was an issue on their side and they told me that the new provider public mobile now needs to reissue a new request for the number transfer and try approving again.
how can I have public mobile reissue a number transfer request to Telus?
