Hi,I just ordered a sim card, but I would like to change my address. Can you please tell me how to do that? When I log in to my account, it is this page, there is nowhere for me to change my address. If the address can not be changed , can you give me the refund of the sim card? @ links to members

ordering a sim from Public Mobile is not the quickest way to get a sim as it could take 3 weeks or so for arrival via Canada Post. Instead, get a sim from Amazon for about $5 with FAST shipping. If you or a friend has a Prime account...gets shipping for gratis. I've ordered the sims from Amazon and rec'd in 2 days in the past.

Sim card orders are generally not refundable. If it is only an address problem, check we PM and see if they can help (we are just customers here so we cannot decide)
