Changed Number, now nothing is working

I need help - I changed the cell number, now cannot receive texts, logged in there is no number, no alternative number (just a bunch of 000-000-0000) and no name.

Now I need that same help again but can't access it (had to reset to factory settings this morning).

I actually got Public Mobile to email me the number so I could log in and verify my new number so it's all good! Thank you for your suggestions!
