I need help - I changed the cell number, now cannot receive texts, logged in there is no number, no alternative number (just a bunch of 000-000-0000) and no name.

Now I need that same help again but can't access it (had to reset to factory settings this morning). 😑

I actually got Public Mobile to email me the number so I could log in and verify my new number so it's all good! Thank you for your suggestions!

@Genealogist5 can you receive phone calls?
For text try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
And what phone you have?
And if you want to login My Account to check the info, please use browser with incognito mode to avoid cache problem
