Hi,

Subscribed to the $30 CANUSMEX plan on May 24 and ordered a SIM card. I still have not received the SIM card. Please provide an update on the delivery.

You can buy one from a nearby store or online from Amazon. Here you can find the nearest store: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/pick-up-SIM

Yes, I did. Directly through the website. Said it would be delivered by Canada Post. Still nothing yet in the mailbox.

If the SIM card hasn't arrived yet, you can buy one from a nearby store or online from Amazon, and we will apply a credit equal to the value of the SIM after activation. You just need to send us a picture of the receipt. Here you can find the nearest store: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/pick-up-SIM

Did you purchase this directly from Public Mobile?  It should have arrived by now.  I have made arrangements for Public Mobile to contact you in the morning to discuss.
