Hey there community, I keep trying to change my plan to the $34 plan when I'm currently on the $15 plan. When I went to pay with my card it kept saying failed until eventually it let me add the funds to my account. Then I had the $34 available funds and it failed to let me pay with that a bunch of times. So I bought a voucher and now I have $79 on my account and it continues to fail to let me change my plan immediately. I've tried on the app and on Brave browser. I cleared cache from the app and restarted phone and I can't fix it. Any help? I really don't want to have to schedule it for my next renewal as my new phone requires internet to set up and my wifi is too new for it to connect to so I will be relying on data

Making a ticket worked they were able to change my plan lickity split! Thanks a bunch 🙂

Hey, this payment process is a hassle for sure. Ongoing issue that Public Mobile is aware of but still the issue has not been fixed.
I would contact them directly and ask them to add the payment for you manually.
Create a ticket through the chatbot and ask.
