My self serve account is restricted, therefore I cannot switch my eSIM over to my new phone online like normal.. I need help to figure out what to do ..

@Paymenow12   Is it possible you mean the account is suspended, because you lost the previous phone or the account is otherwise inactive for some reason?

download the PM app to your new cell, log in to your account to buy your new esim.

@Paymenow12 , I am not sure what you mean by your self serve account being restricted.  e-SIM are not transferable to a new phone.  You would need to install the Public Mobile app on the new phone and purchase a new e-SIM.  There is no cost for a new e-SIM.

More details would be helpful.  What do you mean restricted?  

Unable to receive  2FA text to enter account? You can get the option to receive 2FA email instead.  There should be an option to click "didn't receive code" and then offer email optio. 

Error messages?
