Had this issue with the old phone (LG G8x), was told by PM/Telus tech that it was due to old phones and lack of bands, upgraded to Samsung S24, but still unable to do three way calls.

The Telus tech who called me after i escalated explicitly insisted that this was the issue and that Public Mobile gets lower priority on the network, if i was with Telus i would not have had that problem.
