You guys charged me and I can’t change my phone plan. Not a payment issue. Please don’t charge me money if you will provide no service

Some plans are not available to every customer. ONLY plans you see on your account are available to you. In most cases you cannot downgrade your plan but only upgrade. If you decide to change plan to any of available plans, do change plan on next renewal so you do not overpay for your service.

did you try reboot the phone and Reset network settings?
