no refunds...once you port away, your PM account will deactivate.

PM is prepaid and only provide refund if there is problem with activation. If that is the case, then ask PM support agent by message. You can submit ticket by direct message:

But if you used the service for couple days and do not like it, you can try to port out your number to another carrier before your current cycle , or you can turn off Autopay from My Account so PM won't charge you again
