Switch from esim to physical sim

I subscribed for esim package,but my phone isn't compatible with esim. I want to move subscription to physical sim that I have purchased.

As the customer's service has never worked, the customer will not be able to get into the Self Serve account to do this.

at this stage, you won't be able to make the change yourself, you need PM support to help

@Alihabeeb  I think if you are in the process of activating a new account with Public Mobile and had opted for esim initially, you will need to contact customer service to change to physical sim.  You can send them a private message using this link

Go to Profile where you can do:

- Change phone number

- Change SIM number

- Transfer Phone Number
