I subscribed for esim package,but my phone isn't compatible with esim. I want to move subscription to physical sim that I have purchased.

at this stage, you won't be able to make the change yourself, you need PM support to help

@Alihabeeb I think if you are in the process of activating a new account with Public Mobile and had opted for esim initially, you will need to contact customer service to change to physical sim. You can send them a private message using this link

Go to Profile where you can do:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number
