Is there a way to bypass the 2 step verification on the app? I got my account activated 3 days ago with eSIM and still no service. Reached out to customer support and they helped me download a new eSIM to activate my account. It still did not work after resetting network settings and restarting my phone. I finally got a physical sim but not sure how to transfer my number to my new sim if I can’t access the phone number on my account.

EverSafe 2FA cannot be bypassed, and for the first time ever logging in, the code can only be sent by text message to your Public Mobile phone number. I have asked a Public Mobile cutsomer support agent to contact you and you can expect a private message in the monring from the user CSA_PM who works for Public Mobile.
