I need to change my email that’s on my account, I can not currently access the email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after restoring my phone after it was fixed. Looking to keep my current phone number with the email changed out

if you cannot login, you will have to ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

The best thing you could do is to contact an agent by private message (CS_Agent) who could assist by asking verification questions about your account.

I don’t have my password let alone access to my email I used for the account, I am completely locked out. I have an e-sim card if that helps any (:

If you have the password and able to receive 2fa on the phone, you can still use that old email address to login
After logged in, you can update the email address yourself at the Profile-> Manage EverSafe id page

are you currently able to log in to your Public Mobile account ? If so log in using the mobile app > Account > Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe)...in there, you can change your email address for Eversafe.
