Thank you, but i cant get full account access to change sim it will only send 2fa to my phone number which is programed to a esim on my phone that is completely dead.

Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code on the PM app or website and have the 2FA code sent to your email.
Once you are in your account. Go to Account-Change Your SIM Card and enter the new SIM card number.
