Hi,
 
I am writing to request assistance with restoring my service. My previous device has suffered water damage and will no longer boot, making it impossible for me to access the eSIM or receive the SMS verification codes required to log into my account.
 
I have purchased a physical Public Mobile SIM card from a Telus store and need to have my existing phone number transferred to this new SIM. I have been attempting to resolve this since yesterday without success and urgently need my phone restored for work purposes.
 
Could you please help me update my account with the new SIM card information so I can regain access to my number?

Thank you, but i cant get full account access to change sim it will only send 2fa to my phone number which is programed to a esim on my phone that is completely dead.

Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code on the PM app or website and have the 2FA code sent to your email.

Once you are in your account. Go to Account-Change Your SIM Card and enter the new SIM card number.
