Immediate sim activation without doing anything?

Unable to port from FIDO to Public Mobile

HiI am unable to reply to the text message from FIDO about the phone number transfer, when I try to send the SMS it says "not delivered". And now the public mobile eSIM activation also failed. Please help! This is so frustrating!
