You need to try your Sim card in another phone as suggested by @slusagm. Did you recently acquire your phone? From your description it sounds like your phone may be blacklisted. Check your IMEI # found in your settings under "About Phone". Check that # at devicecheck.ca below...

I tried everything , that I can do. SIM  looks is unregistered . Don't know what the issue is ? I did not make any changes to my account. Thanks

unfortunately, it is not a single agent that deal with the same case.  There are pros and cons to this approach, but you really have to follow the system and answer the questions to get help

and you able to login My Account?  it still show Active?

did you try your sim on another phone?

It looks like problem is that agent does not take responsibility to follow up to the end but they are jumping from ticket to ticket just to initiate verification.

I did have great experience in the past when ONE agent took ownership of an issue and followed it up to the end with resolution.

Maybe something has changed at PM and who knows where their agents are (Canada or overseas).

I raised issue with my SIM yesterday Night. My phone is active since January 2025 and on autopay in good outstanding . Account is active when checked online and next payment shows is due on 17th of April 2025. Phone service is out of order since 13th April and explained in my message to the CS_Agent ( Can't make calls, Can't receive calls, Says out of service/Emergency calls only. Tried my all solutions resetting network, restarting phone etc etc.). Don't know what they want to know more about the solution of my problem. In the very

I am contacted by 3 CS_Agents . All asking for the information again and again. The information provided to each as required by them.

First one asked for phone number and email address.

2nd one asked a couple of different questions.

(-Do you receive an error message when placing a phone call or sending a text message?
-Does your phone show "No Service" or "Emergency Calls Only"?
-Have you tested the SIM card on a different phone?
-Did you recently attempt to port your phone number?)

3rd one asked if I want to activate eSIM or new SIM?

No one replies back. What the are doing actually is strange.

@Sukhdev-Momi1   You already have some replies to this question from your earlier post, see

Although it shouldn't have expired, your payment is due before 17th April given when you paid it in March on 16th.

try Reboot the phone first.  Then check the phone and look for Reset Network settings and click that

but if it still showing unregistered sim, something must be wrong.  Ask PM to help by submit ticket (sorry, no direct number to call)

st open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

My phone says unregistered SIM since yesterday. Payment is on autopay and due on 17th of April 2025. Is there any direct call number for support? Thanks in advance

@Sukhdev-Momi1   If the last payment was 16th of March then the renewal should be before 17th April since Public Mobile is on 30 day cycles.   Perhaps there is an outage in your area.  Do texting and data work?  You can contact customer service to submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

Payment is due on 17th of April, and acount is set-up on autopay. Card given on autopay is still valid

Check ASAP if your account is still active (confirm what plan do you have). If payment has failed pay manually and restart the service.

Once in a while Autopay (Subscription) has a glitch for some members. You will need to make a manual payment by calling 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a payment then login to your account and enable the Subscription button for future payments.
