I subscribed for 6 gig for $19.21 but this April I was charged for 20 gig for $30.51 of which I didn't change my subscription.
I want my money reversed and the right bill taken.
How can Public Mobile do this?. You wake up to charge people anything you like?.
Please, I need it reversed urgently. Thank you.

did you get a text from PM asking you to upgrade to another plan and reply the text with a Yes by accident?
or you have another account with PM?
login My Account and check your current plan details, see if you have the 6GB or 20GB plan. But honest, I never heard of a 6GB plan for $19.21
check again with PM to confirm. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

did anyone in the household have access to your cell account to upgrade the plan ? Did anyone possibly accept a plan offered via messaging ? You can click the orange bubble lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support.
