Can any admin help with this type of issue?

@Aymanlab  If it has been unpaid more than 90 days the account will be closed and the phone number potentially lost.   If you can't log in to your account then that may be the problem.  If you originally got the phone number from Public Mobile then it's worth asking them at the link @softech gave you.

@Aymanlab is the account just suspended for non payment ?  You can still login and just unable to get the 2FA code?  Did you try click Didn't receive code or Resend code and check if email is an option ?

If still unable to login, you can ask PM CS agent for help
