System will not take renewal payment

Have tried 4 times different day to pay on my suspended account and it keeps rejecting to try again later.. I done everything that is says to do from re doing credit card to rebooting been a customer for years and now screwing around in circles…what’s the answer?

Thank you I think I’ve tried every one in the book and it still won’t take my card. My card is not expired. I triple checked I redid it and it still won’t accept money and thank you.

Did you try the PM app? 
It worked for me.

Go to Payment tab>Add Funds with CC.

paid by voucher for now.  Buy a voucher from Shoppers or London drug mart and then load the voucher by using My Account

Hey @Peeb1 

The website is known to have cache issues. This suggestion may help.

Go into your settings on your computer browser. Search Cache. Then delete the entire history of cache. Then restart the entire browser and then go into incognito mode and try to log back in and try again. This SHOULD resolve it.
