I am wanting my credit card removed off my account because I put money over on my account already for my subscription and you guys took out another payment without my permission. This is not the first time this has happened I've complained before. I can show you the double transactions to prove it but on here there is no way for me to do so which is not a very good system. If this isn't rectified I'm going to find another provider. Thanks

Only way to remove credit card is to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.  I guess that you could pay with payment vouchers going forward.  If you use a credit card in the future, the PM system will automatically store the number again.

PM has a 30 days cycle instead of monthly. Maybe you missed the exact renewal date and load your money or voucher after the account renewal?  

If you loaded money and PM also took the money for renewal, there should be money in the Available Funds on My Account 

Also, on your transaction history, you will see you loaded your money, and there will still be another entry showing PM used the money for renewal, that does not mean PM charged you again 

Can you post your transactions from Transaction History page and we can understand?
