Hi Public Mobile team,
I recently went through my junk text messages and it seems I got an offer in October from a 5474 number that for the same price as my current $34 60gb Canada wide plan, I could upgrade to a 60gb Canada, US, & Mexico wide plan with 500 international minutes.
If I was sent an email or if the message wasn’t flagged as spam I would’ve accepted the offer immediately but now it has expired and I can’t do so.
I am messaging here to see if I can possibly get honoured that promo deal as it would greatly benefit my situation as I will be traveling out of the country for a few weeks to visit family in a couple of months.

Unfortunately, since it was a targeted time limited offer, you are unable to receive that specific promo plan.
However, from other existing customers, check your PM self service account to see whether PM has offered similar plan offerings. Some existing customer have been offered $30/month for 30 GB Mex US plans or something similar.

You may have accidentally blocked or STOP PM texts. Simply check by tapping on 5474 on top of the message and unblock. If you can’t find it then tap on info (top right) then unblock this caller or add to favorites on your iMessages.
