Hello, I am having issues using a credit I see available on my account towards changing my subscription today. The amount is equal to the credit I have in my account and my credit card on file is current. Hoping for support to resolve this as I've run out of data and don't want to double purchase. Thank you!

the issue could be this...depending on your current regular plan, you may not be able to downgrade plans...if that's what you're trying to do. Is the new plan you want cheaper in cost than your current plan ?
