My monthly renewal plan is due today (Nov.27). My credit card info is good and correct in the system. I am unable to make a payment to reactivate the account. Now I do not have an active cell phone. Please help

yes, many also report issues with updating the credit card. You can wait a day or even two days before trying again if you can wait.
But if you need to resume service and cannot wait any longer, try using voucher to resume this time. Buy one from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using My Account or *611
