Payment by error

Hi

I realized I made a payment by error. I now have 2 payments pending on my credit account. What is the best option to rectified this situation

Just leave funds on your PM account and they will be used for next renewal.

I personally, would NOT go through hassle opening a ticket, waiting and fighting with agents to get money refunded. It might take long time and then renewal will be just around the corner.

You sure the 2 pending charges are for 2 seperate transactions?? If for same one, one of them should drop off

Or if you paid extra , it will stay in your account as a credit to be used in the future. But if want to check with PM, them ask them by submitting ticket 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@ellie8 No need to do anything if you will continue to use Public Mobile. You will see extra $ in your account balance. They will get used on your next renewal so you can leave them there.

if you actually made payment X 2...you'll see the extra $$ in Available Funds and it'll get used next renewal.
