Hi,
I've just subscribed to Public mobile prepaid phone service less than 5 hours ago. I changed my mind and would like to cancel the subscription. I already cancelled my phone number transfert. I'd like to revert the paiement that I've just made and cancel the account,

Highly unlikely you will get any refund as PM is PRE-PAID service and you might use gigabytes of data and made zillion calls and decided you do 'not like' the service after 5 hours which will be abuse of system. Thus - no refund. Use your data and calls/sms for 30 days and then cancel service.

PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund. They will only provide refund if there is a problem with the activation. Not sure if that applies to your case but you can try asking PM for cancellation and refund
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
