Decided not to go with Public Mobile.
Please refund/credit the initial payment of 45.20.

The rule of thumb is no refunds. But you can submit a request and ask.

you need to message Customer Support to ask that...but don't be offended if the request for refund is denied. Public Mobile has a no refund policy.

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund They will only provide refund if there was issue with activation and the service was never used. So, did you just sign up and never use the service? But you can check with PM
