App says I've used 59.03gb of my data. Downloaded spreadsheet of data usage says I've used 927mb ???

App says I've used 75% [59.03gb] of my data. Downloaded spreadsheet of data usage says I've used 927.42mb. What the ????

Did all that already. I also reset the data counter in my iphone every month. It says 1.85gb currently used. The PM app says 59.03gb used. Something is very wrong. Started a ticket, but I'm still waiting for a reply. So much for the 1/2 hour response time.

Check again on both Browser and app

But check this way to avoid cache problem:

  • Use browser with incognito mode
  • Logout app and relogin 

If you need PM help, send the ticket

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

 

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Login to your account on the PM app then swipe down on the screen to update your data usage. 
You can also check the data usage by click on Usage Breakdown then View Usage History and filter to Data and the drop-down to 30 days.
