Hi I downloaded the app and tried to update my subscription but I get an error because it says that my account will update in July of last year upon renewal. It did update in July but I can't change it now as I need more DATA. I went on my computer using two different browsers and my wife tried to do it on her computer on another browser and I still can't change my subscription, so is my only option to find another provider?

You can also try changing plans on the PM app on each of your phone.
Remember to login to your account on the app also on each phone.

I'm only trying to change to a plan that is listed, it lets me go to where it ask you to confirm change , then it takes a long time to tell me something went wrong.

what plan do you want to change to? you can only change to plan you see on your Change Subscription page. If you don't see the plan you want there, sorry, you cannot change to it
