Hi, I changed the plan on my sons phone for the renewal on the 10th. My
account was charge for the change but it is still showing the old plan

I changed my plan from the 1gb of data 3g plan to the 4gb of data 4g
plan now my internet doesn't work and and I don't receive calls or
messages and my outgoing texts don't work, I can make calls but the go

delivered by UPS. So can't check at Canada Post. If it's sim card order,
