Can’t receive calls after port

I signed up yesterday, answered the sms to port my number. I have an active line and can make outgoing calls with my ported number. However, incoming calls hit my old voicemail box at virgin. Please fix, can’t receive sms codes either.

Long delay in receiving text messages

Someone sent me a text message a couple of days ago, and it took me over 12 hours to receive it. The timestamp on the text said 8:44 pm, but I didn't receive it until sometime the next morning, over 12 hours later. Why is there such a long delay?

Loyalty discounts disappeared and am now being charged extra

Normally my bill is 22.05 per month.  However now this month I was charged $26.25.  I have not changed my plan.  I have unliimted calling with 1GB data.  Can anyone please refund the 4.20, and fix it so this doesn't happen in future months?  Not sure...
