Can’t seem to access my rewards.

I’m signed in but when I go to my rewards it takes me to a sign in page and I sign in again but it time’s me out. I haven’t been able to access my rewards. Not sure if I’m still on the old point system or the newer rewards?

Resolved! Why the current plan shows old details in my account?

Hi All,I renewed my old 4gb 4G LTE plan to the promo i got as 15GB 4G LTE. The payment tab shows the right amount after renewal but the my accounts tab still shows that i have only 4gb of 4G LTE instead of 15 Gb of 4G LTE. Can someone please advise?
