Subscription change

I recently changed subscription from $25 plan to $19 which was available for selection.

I had selected "change at renewal". The change did not take place upon renewal.

I am surprised PM still offer the $19. I was going to do the same but the $19 plan was removed from my account on July 25. 
So I downgraded to the $23 with 6gb of data.

Best to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent to see why it didn’t switch to the new plan.

Did you get charged $25 or $19 for your last renewal?
