Hi, today I tried several times to change my credit card information but Public Mobile could not process it and told me to try later again. Which I did, but without success.

How can I get the new credit card into the system ?

Only a Public Mobile customer support agent can remove a credit card from a customer's account.

Hello, I tried to download the app from the playstore but was told that the app is not available in my region. Probably because I brought my phone from Germany to Canada. But the phone works perfectly with Public Mobile.

Any idea ?

Curiously, @BesVic1 , I also had the same issue with a relative on this service.

Even the CSA's couldn't easily figure it out.

What we did was remove the card altogether, and placed a Visa debit as the payment card.   Voila, that worked and we got their service going again immediately.

The website can be a pain to change cards sometimes. This is what you have to do.

You have to now wait 24 hours from the last time you tried. It's a security feature to protect your account. Then, go on your browser and then to settings and clear your cache history and cookies. Then restart your browser. Log back in and try again. If THAT doesn't work, then don't try a second time. Try using the app on your phone if you have it. If not, download it and log in. Then update there.  Hope this helps.
