When I login online it keeps taking me to a page that wants to start a new activation. I can’t just top up. I tried 611 but I don’t know the pin to my account.

the error you got about start a new activation indicates that the EverSafe login is not currently linked with your My Account. So, you won't be able to login and go to Profile page. However, it is an easy fix for PM support, you just need to engage them by direct message

If you can log into your account, go to Profile on the left side and you can see your PIN there.
So, left side, you'll see Profile. Click on that. Then the next page you'll see this.
Then once you've set your PIN, you can then dial 611 and add a voucher if you wish.
