Resolved! Phone Stopped Working

Phone was working fine until about 90 minutes ago.  Shows that it's connected to the PM network, but cannot send/receive calls and/or texts.  Tried rebooting twice.  Outage map shows no outage in my area (Ottawa).Please help!
