Hello Sir,
I updated my payment card details and paid subscription ($34 plan) and My account states current subscription cycle as "3Aug2024-2Sep2024". Still I keep getting messages via 611 that my plan was not updated. Why?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

If your phone is working, calls, texts and data, you can ignore the message, otherwise you can submit a tick through the chat bot.
