My husband is away from home and his phone will not connect to the Public Mobile network. He gets the message to contact PM when trying to make a call. Subscription renewed today, and CC payment has been processed according to my online banking info. This has happened another time as well. It would not be such a big deal if he was not away on a job site, and relying on the phone and network to stay in communication with the office and clients and vendors.

@sarajeanw Tell him to try reboot the phone if he hasn’t already or reset network settings .

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
