Ok so i have an old plan on th3 3g network. i want to transfer my number to a new provider. However i am unable to log into my public mobile account without having to complete a new activation process. All i want is to transfer my number without having to pay another phone plan for this month... please help!

Did you let your subscription lapse? You have to have an active plan to be able to port out. No way around that. If it expired you'll need to reactivate for another month to be able to port out. And if it's been 90 days since your account was active, the number is now gone and the account closed.

Also check when your renewal date is because PM is on a 30 day cycle and not a monthly cycle. Port out on the day before your renewal date because there are no refund on unused days.

@jubilee6200 Ask support to get your account number then so you can transfer the number out , but your public mobile account needs to be active to port the number to new provider leaving PM sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
