Anyone else that hasn't had their data usage summary updated in over 2 weeks? I cleared the app cache and it's still showing "Last updated July 10th".

My plan auto renewed on the 12th, but when I login to my account today it says I'm not subscribed anymore. I'm not planning to change it until closer to my renewal date because I want to see if it corrects itself. I'm assuming it's just another glitc...

Looks like the $65/60GB 5G Can/US plan now has a 90 day option, dropping the 30 day price to $50 ($150/90 days) if you subscribe to the 90 day version. That makes it the same price as the 40GB Can/US plan, but of course only if you prepay for 90 days...

@Phil_Adelphus OP still has a number of days left of US talk and text, so it wouldn't make sense to buy the same add-on anyway. A data only add-on is all they need.

Certainly not great changes for us consumers, but I see why they'd want to differentiate the roaming plans from the domestic plans. The previous unlimited throttled data vs US roaming wasn't a very big differentiator (it was the only differentiator) ...

Your data from your base plan will not work unless you have a Canada/US plan. Talk/text will continue to work though. If you need more data you'll need to purchase another roaming data add-on. Or maybe consider a travel esim from a provider such as A...

@Granite71 If SMS and data work, it's likely a VoLTE issue. The US decommissioned their 3G networks, so that means phone calls need to connect over the 4G or 5G networks; meaning you need a VoLTE compatible phone. Unfortunately the white list exclude...
