Looks like the $65/60GB 5G Can/US plan now has a 90 day option, dropping the 30 day price to $50 ($150/90 days) if you subscribe to the 90 day version. That makes it the same price as the 40GB Can/US plan, but of course only if you prepay for 90 days...

All plans get access to the 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Your plan simply dictates max speed, which is capped via artificial throttle.

LTE = 4GAlso, even on a 3G plan you can still connect to the 4G and 5G networks with a compatible phone. The plan just gives you faster speed on those networks.
