@thezetner you could try to port out to another provider and then port back in as a new customer. But keep in mind PM doesn't offer refunds for unused days, and you'd also lose any referral or rewards points.

@gjr26 if your current provider is post paid, they will give you a prorated refund for any unused days.@BKNS27 are you sure about that? If the plan doesn't exist after Dec 2, you can still activate it after?

Check the tower map as suggested. Keep in mind that Bell builds in Toronto, not Telus.You might have to switch to Rogers or Freedom if they have better coverage. Otherwise you can switch to a higher tier Telus or Bell brand that offers WiFi calling.
