I just noticed an interesting thing, a popup for Live Chat on the Shop page. Looks like it's just for sales type things and initial activation. Perhaps helpful for some, if only they had it for tech support.

Clearly expiring data should be used before data that doesn't expire. Is the system programmed to do that, who knows. Hopefully someone can test and get the answer for us.

If the SIM you use now is one of the multi-size ones, you can just pop up the smaller version from it and toss the surrounding bit. Otherwise you'll have to order a new one I think.
