For the second month in a row I did not receive a text notifying me of the upcoming renewal. Not a big deal for me with auto-pay functioning, but might land someone an unexpectedly suspended account. One more thing to fix.
With no US providers offering 3G coverage any more, how can Public even think about selling US roaming voice and text service, knowing it's not going to work.
Got a text about this new promo, $40 for 15GB with 4G speed. Slightly different than the boxing deal promo.
I'm seeing a lot of posts about new users or people changing plans losing all service. Is the provisioning system having problems?
